Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards
• Define and evolve architecture patterns to guide solution development across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
• Lead architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable architecture strategies
• Drive technical decision-making and resolve architectural challenges in projects
• Document and maintain architecture artifacts to support knowledge sharing and reuse

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in Pharma and Technical Operations processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead large or cross-functional teams
• Strong background in solution and business architecture
• Skilled in consulting, enterprise architecture, and IT governance
• Excellent influencing and performance management capabilities
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in a regulated industry or GxP environment
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and modern integration platforms
